Allergic reaction, Pink Eye, sore throat, bronchitis, cough/congestion, flu, fever, hay fever/nasal congestion, sinus infection, rash, strep throat, upper respiratory infection, UTI, vomiting, back pain, constipation, nausea, vomiting, earache , ear pain, sun exposure, heat stroke, ear wax removal, hair loss, blood in urine, frequent urination, headache, medication refill (non narcotic), muscle cramps, menstrual cramps, nose bleed, rash, TMJ pain, toothache, vertigo, wheezing.
Injury
Ankle sprain, first and second degree burns, simple lacerations, paresthesia, muscle strain, joint sprain, jaw pain, simple foreign body removal, sprain or strain of extremities, back pain.
On-the-Job Injuries
Pre- Employment Physical / Post Accident Physical / Fit for Duty Testing & Physical Follow up workman’s comp injuries and continuing care (first report of occurrence is required by the Oregon Board of Labor to be seen in clinic)
Continuing Care
Diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, hypertension, sports physicals.
